Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who signs in to AMD OS. By using the system you agree to them. They sit alongside your employment or service agreement and the group's policies; if they conflict, your agreement and those policies come first.
1. About AMD OS
AMD OS is the private business system of American Mining Development Corporation (AMD Corp), Toledo, Ohio, USA, and its group companies. It is provided only for the group's business.
2. Your account
- Only people given an account by the group may use AMD OS.
- Your account is personal. Do not share your password or let anyone else work under your name.
- Tell your administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account or seen your password.
3. Using the system properly
- Use AMD OS only for group business and only within what your role allows.
- Do not try to reach information or features you have not been given, or get around security controls.
- Keep records accurate and up to date, and do not delete or change records to hide mistakes.
- Do not upload malicious files, or material you do not have the right to use.
4. Confidential information
Everything in AMD OS belongs to the group and is confidential. Do not copy, download, forward or share it outside the group except as your work requires. This duty continues after you leave.
5. Approvals, signatures and records
Approvals, submissions and electronic signatures made from your account are treated as your own. AMD OS keeps a record of who did what and when, and this record may be used in audits, investigations and disputes.
6. Monitoring
To keep the system and the business secure, sign-ins and changes are recorded and may be reviewed. See the Privacy Notice for what is kept and why.
7. AI assistant
Where the AI assistant is available, its answers and drafts are suggestions. Check them before you rely on them or send them to anyone.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep AMD OS available and correct, but it is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
9. Suspension and ending access
The group may suspend or remove access at any time, for example when someone leaves, changes role or breaks these terms. Breaking these terms may also lead to disciplinary or legal action.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Continuing to use AMD OS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms go to your AMD OS administrator or the leadership of your group company.
